Köpekler banyo yaptırılırken önce vücut kısmı yıkanmalı daha sonra baş bölümüne geçilmelidir. Kulaklarına su kaçırmamaya özen gösterilerek banyosu yaptırılmalıdır. Sonrasında güzelce kurutulmalıdır. En sık 15 günde bir köpeklere uygun şampuanlar kullanılmak suretiyle banyo işlemi yaptırılmalıdır. Ama her gün sadece su ile duş aldırılabilir.
8. Köpeklerde / kedilerde hamilelik ne kadar sürer?
Köpek ve kedilerde gebelik süresi 57-63 gün aralığında seyretmektedir, ortalama 60 gün diyebiliriz. Gebeliğin 25. gününden sonra hekim tarafından USG ile muayene edilerek gebelik teşhisi konulabilir. Gebelik ve süt verme döneminde daha fazla enerjiye ihtiyaç duyduğu için kedi ve köpekler profesyonel bir yavru mamasıyla beslenmelidir. Gebeliğin 45. gününden sonra doğum için evde uygun olan sakin bir yer hazırlanmalıdır. Doğum zamanı geldiğinde çoğunlukla kendileri hallederler. Sıkıntılı bir durum olduğu düşünüldüğünde ise bir hekime başvurulması gerekmektedir.

9. Kediler yıkanabilir mi?
Kedilerin yıkanmasına karşıyım. Şampuanla yıkandıktan sonra iyi durulanmazlar ise, yalandıklarında şampuan artığı yutarlar; bu da mide ve bağırsak hastalıklarına sebep olur.
